Delivery costs are included in the price — there are no hidden fees. All sellers are required to dispatch your item within 48 hours of receiving payment. Once dispatched, you can expect delivery within 3–5 business days.
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.
We do not accept returns unless the item is not as described or arrives damaged. If the seller is happy to accept returns for other reasons, you can arrange that directly with them.
Yes — every item listed on SportSwap is genuine and has been authenticated by our team. Items are accurately described in terms of their condition and level of use, so you always know exactly what you're buying.
You can browse the full range without an account, but you'll need to create a free account to complete a purchase. This also gives you access to order tracking and your full order history.

If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us immediately with photos. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue, including arranging a refund or replacement where applicable.
